"The location is ideal for visiting Harrogate, only a short walk into the city. We were at a conference in Harrogate so were out all day but retuning to this house was perfect. We loved the hotel touches such as fresh clean towels and toiletries! The interior was styled so lovely and bright, and it was great to have a supply of tea and coffee in the cupboard for when we arrived. The treats were a nice touch and so grateful for the peace and quiet as well as the free parking. Lots of nearby walks,...

"After been there twice the communication is poor both times I questioned if there was an iron and nothing so I had to buy one "

"The house was warm and cosy and spotlessly clean. Bed linen, towels, loo rolls provided as well as dish cloths, tea towels, washing up liquid and liquid hand wash soap. Free parking on the street and only a 15 minute walk to city centre.Will definitely stay here again"

"We enjoyed our stay here in Otley. There are views to the River Wharfe from the front windows, and it was an easy walk into town. Everything was neat and clean. There are also a lot of steps (which might be an issue for anyone with mobility issues) and the double beds are small. "

"We wanted a place close to York, within walking distance of City Centre and reasonably priced. This property was all of that. Old world charm with modern conveniences. I would definitely use it again when we return to York!"

"I stayed at this property for Christmas.The house is stunning,beautiful furnishings in every single room and the carpets are so luxurious.Everything about this house is perfect everything we could have possibly needed was provided for us. Also some of the neighbours from a few of the other homes were so lovely and welcoming which i have never experienced when renting a short stay property which made the time spent there alot more realxed.We will definitely be renting this home again in the...

"Really lovely apartment just outside the city walls. Spotlessly clean, really comfortable and with everything you need for a great stay. Little extras including, sourdough bread, butter, preserves, milk, coffee, tea, orange juice, cereals, chocolate , wine and a treat from Betty's all made it feel really special and that you are very welcome. "We absolutely love this place been a few times now and every time is spot on perfect (wish we had some sugar and tea bags and milk for the room but will remember next time) brilliant as a dog friendly place, our pup loved it!
