"I love the location. Very peaceful and charming place. We visited off season so we were the only guest. The caretaker were very accomodating and friendly. The only downside there's too many stray cats that chase you around the property and its a little daunting when they all come together to hangout with you. But the property over all is very nice, i woyld recommend a stay"

"The space is stylish, contemporary, clean, comfortable, and easy to find. Could have used a little more storage space. There was no electricity when I arrived, and no running water at 5am the next morning when I needed to take a shower for an early departure. "We booked this last minute as our original booking cancelled and it was the best thing that happened. This hotel was great, it was close to the heart of the town and as close as you can stay to the Black Lake - 35 min walk or 4 min drive to the car park. Staff on reception were so friendly and welcoming. They even upgraded us to an exec suite, which was lovely! So much so, we decided to relax in the room for the afternoon instead of sightseeing.
