"OK Lodge is just a name; what is is is a (nicely) extended and converted terraced house opposite a park; so now a few studio flats, with some common areas. Modern and clean but a couple of issues - like oven not even wired in; no table to eat off; and also whilst we booked for 3 adults and was confirmed; they called to say max was 2 adults & a child and would not refund the extra £50 for the 3rd adult (who couldn't now come of course) and I had to go through Expedia to get resolved. "We only stayed for a night, but had a very good nights sleep. The host is very friendly and had supplied lots of teas, biscuits, shampoos etc for our comfort. Nice sitting area outside where out dog cold walk around freely. Lovely place"

"Amazing little hideway just within easy walking distance of West Malling, the hosts were super friendly and made us feel very comfortable on arrival, we purchased the firepit kit which was beautifully presented and included marshmallows and all your fire starting essentials, perfect for a quiet evening under the night skies. "Our stay was fine for the short time we were there as a place to lay our heads but for the price we paid I was a little disappointed. In all honesty The beds felt like a horse has broken them in, we have all woken up with sore backs today so definitely need adjusting (or even a mattress topper) the curtains were very thin so we were all woken up with the light first thing which was also frustrating as we wanted to make the most of the rest. "This little home was the perfect getaway for myself and two friends on the lead up to christmas. The house was beautifully finished, cosy and clean. We loved the wood burner and the Christmas decorations. The home is just off Harbour Street, which was just a treasure trove of little shops, wine bars and restaurants. My American friend who had never ventured out of London before said she felt like she was in the holiday!Thank you for the perfect weekend, we will definitley be back!"

"We really enjoyed our stay here. Host was excellent: knowledgeable and welcoming. Location was good, secluded enough but easy to get to all areas of the island. Food selection in kitchen was fab and available 24/7, never had that at a b&b before. Room comfortable and internet readily available too. "

"Fantastic decor and all the staff were super friendly and welcoming. Really nice atmosphere in the cocktail bar over the weekend, could have done with an additional staff member as cocktails can take a while to make and if you just want a beer or glass of wine, then its a little wait, however lovely surroundings to wait in. Everything you may like to do in Canterbury is within easy walking distance and some lovely restaurants right on your doorstep. Parking is an additional cost, I hadn't really noticed this when booking, also the fact that if you go out in the car, you may not have a space to come back to even though you have paid for 24hours. We just managed to get the last space in the little back car park on the second evening, but it's a very tight entrance which some vehicles may struggle to use. Would definitely recommend the hotel to others, it was just unfortunate we needed to use the car for work so there felt a little jeopardy as to whether we would get parked when we got back."
