"Hotel Gambetta, being a 2-star property, is as youd expect, basic, clean, and no frills. The room was comfortable and clean, but relatively small. The staff were great, and very helpful. Location is very central and walkable, with parking approximately 300m away. There was noticeable street noise at night, and the blockout curtains didnt quite shield the night lights."

"The staff was very friendly. Restaurant was very convenient. The room was lovely and spacious. Toilet separate from bath was appreciated. The hotel is very, very conveniently located. Could walk to all major attractions. Would definitely return to this hotel. Handy elevator. Happy to see plenty local clientele eating at the indoor and outdoor seating. Loved Bordeaux!!"
