"I had the pleasure of staying at Villa des Iris at the beginning of December. For the first time after several months of traveling, I unfortunately, made a mistake in my dates and arrived unannounced and unexpected. That said, Jack and his wife were so welcoming and kind and accommodated me for 2 (vs the originally booked 1 night). "We stayed for only a night. Our spacious room was modern with a well appointed bathroom. Our host was right there when needed. The breakfast was ample with quality regional products. The manor house is set in a large parkland which is essentially a game preserve for large and small game alike. The owner is guide and supervises shooting parties for groups and other group functions. The main house is tastefully decorated with hunting lodge decor. I would certainly stay there again."
