"We stayed here for a week, and weren’t disappointed. The beach is very chilled and uncrowded unlike in the NE, but still plenty to do. The resort was great as was the food, but the best thing is the wonderful friendly staff, who couldn’t do enough for you. A particular mention for us has to go to Sandra who runs reception ( I think ) We had an accident leading to my wife being in hospital and all out grand plans having to change/Cancel. Sandra was incredibly professional and kind, going out of her way to help us with our issues and liaising with the airlines etc for us. She ( and her staff ) were a credit to the hotel. Couldn’t recommend highly enough."

"What an amazing resort, the villa and pool were perfect for telqxibg in private, while the central pool and bar/restaurant area had lots to offer too. Food and drinks were a little on the expensive side compared to other places in the island, however it was a short walk / quick taxi ride to find alternatives. One of the last relaxing holidays I think I have ever had "

"We spent 7 nights here. The staff were excellent and location very central.We requested assorted bed and they were happy to accommodate our request with a mattress topper.breakfasts were good about normal for a resort. Nice out look over the beach with some very friendly Squirrels "

"Amazing resort! We had a beautiful pool access villa. The rooms are amazing and the pools are amazing. Staff here is excellent! Only cons are there are a lot of mosquitos and the seals on the doors aren't great so when they come to clean your room, alot of mosquitos get inside the room. The shower is also outside so you can get bit my mosquitos while showering. Drinks and food are fairly expensive and not enough pool chairs / beach chairs. The property itself is stunning though and very convenient. "

"The Montien house is a gem! Our suite was beautiful and everything was pretty quiet despite being within walking distance to a few clubs. The restaurant was very good and the breakfast was well worth it. We highly recommend this hotel if you're looking to stay in Chaweng."

"Really great and lovely beach front resort/hotel. We really enjoyed our stay here. The beach is quiet with plenty of loungers. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and were always smiling. We stayed in the Grand Deluxe Bungalow rooms at the bottom of the resort by the beach, and these rooms were a great location next to the beach, pool, bar and breakfast. The hotel is on a hill but the staff were more than happy to collect you in a golf buggy to go up to reception to exit the hotel, so you don’t have to walk it. Would recommend and return to this resort in the future."
