"Just a few problems: Not one single wine or champagne glass. Both toilets prone to running (wastes water) Check in at 4 pm and out by 10 seems unreasonable given the high prices Biggest problem was the WiFi. I had several zoom meetings I had to attend and the WiFi was only in the common kitchen area. In the master bedroom with working desk there was zero WiFi. It really doesn’t cost much to assure the WiFi covers the whole house. I was unable to fulfill my commitment"

"The house is located west of Hwy 1, just a short walk to the bluffs and trails. The house was clean, and very comfortable…the hot tub was a plus and provided some incredible star gazing in the evenings. The house is a short 5 minute drive to Gualala for supplies or dining. The many west facing windows in the house provide the perfect view of the sunset….another pleasant bonus. Communications with the property management team was very prop and provided incredible service when we inadvertently...

"Although the winter storms keep rolling in, we remained cozy and so happy at this spacious, clean, and well stocked, well maintained modernized home. We cooked everyday and found everything we needed in the kitchen. The location was perfect, with a trail head access to the Gualala River nearby and gorgeous redwood groves. The property management company, Grand Welcome, and local staff support were very responsive, especially by text. On the last day as we were checking out, one of our cars...

"Everything about this property is perfectly comfortable and beautiful and I would absolutely stay here again. Great neighborhood. You can walk or drive in to irish beach with a paved trail. House has everything you need including couch covers to keep clean from dogs. Beautiful views from every angle even the bath tub Electric fire places are effortless. Privacy from neighbors. I could go on. You can’t go wrong. "

"The house and location were fun. We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the house upon arrival. There were cobwebs throughout the house and the fountain next to the hot tub needed attention. There was an empty beer bottle and cigarette butt in the fountain. Overall we had a great time. The house could just use some TLC."

"When you open the door of this beautiful house you look out of windows over looking the Pacific coast. The house has all that you will need for your stay and the owner is available by text for any questions you might have. The weather was sunny and we spent a lot of time sitting on the back deck taking in the gorgeous views. We would highly recommend this home if you are looking for a wonderful relaxing place with views of the ocean. "
