"Safe and cheap, very convenient. Has a in room fridge, microwave and coffee/tea maker. Only downside is slight cigarette smell but other than that, worth it for the price. "

Large variety for breakfast, biscuits and gravy, sausage and bacon. Eggs, roasted potatoes with ketchup. Large variety of grab and go breakfast items as well. Would LOVE to stay here again "

"We had a very good experience at the Ft. Smith, AR, Home2 Suites. The check-in process was quick, the rooms were clean, the kitchen ammenities were better than anticipated, there was a very good selection of items for breakfast, and the pool was clean. The only downfall is something beyond this property's ability to control, and that was the loud motorcycles, cars, and trucks that drive back and forth late at night. Next time, we will ask for a room that doesn't face Phoenix."

"Dirty, had a horrible chemical smell. Door didnt close correctly. Wires were exposed and extension cords hanging throughout the room. Floors were all scrathed up, beds weren't made up nice and neat. I did not stay at all and did not get a refund for my 4 days. Do not stay there, not clean or safe."

"Great clean place with cavernois hallways. I arrive after 1 AM and the desk was closed. I called and woke the clerk up, but he came right there and checked me in. He was very pleasant considering he had been in bed. All staff was nice and the long-term guests (being an extended stay place) were friendly. The room was clean and it was nice to have a toaster in the room, as well as the full fridge, dishwasher, cooktop, etc. One drawback was that there were no USB ports for phones and other devices. "
