"Our family needed a quick getaway after an eventful last 8 months and this was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed the quiet and peaceful location, layout of the house, pet friendly fenced in yard, proximity to restaurants and entertainment, and how equipped the house was. Check-in and check-out were easy. Melissa was very kind and helpful. We will most definitely be adding this to our list of "re-visits". Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy your home! "

"My family and I really enjoyed our stay at The Blake. The home is immaculate and beautifully decorated. The king and queen beds were super comfy with soft linens. And the house was stocked with everything we could need, including k-cups, laundry detergent, toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap and shampoos in both bathrooms and even treats and poop bags for our fur baby. It’s in a perfect location at the start of Main St in this beautiful little town. There’s a long driveway which made it so nice to...

"We enjoyed the location and comfort of this house. Elizabeth, the host, was very responsive and thorough. The house has been recently updated and it felt like an upscale hotel. Highly recommend if you are in the Boone or Blowing Rock area. "

"Had everything we needed and fun little things - gazebo, creek, and firepit. The bed nooks for the kids upstairs were perfect and well thought out with the mini fans. Plenty of hot, hot water. "We stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday to visit with family. We loved the layout of the cabin. The beds were comfortable (it was a plus to have queen & king size beds). Plenty of hot water for six adults to get showers. It was so cozy! We played pool, built a fire, and enjoyed the hot tub. We would definitely stay here again. Suggestion - It would be nice if a crock pot was available to use. I had to borrow my niece's. "

"This little cabin is perfect for a weekend away. We have 3 kids, so they fit together in the room with bunk beds, and my husband and I got the room with the queen bed. There's only 1 bathroom, but the water pressure was good, the kitchen has everything we needed, the living room is cozy, and the front porch has a swing and a great view. It was nice to sit by the window with our morning coffee and watch the birds at the birdfeeder. "
