"my husband and I and our four children stayed for a week at this property. The view was beautiful. The bathrooms were nice and clean. However, the kitchen was under cared for. We noticed coffee grounds in the silverware tray and felt the need to wash all of the dishes prior to using them due to grease. The couches were very small and it was difficult to relax on them. "Back for year 2 at The Blake and had another wonderful long weekend right in the heart of BR. Perfect location allows us to walk to shops, dinner, coffee, etc. - a complete necessity for teenagers needing to spread their wings while with mom and dad. Also made us the envy of everyone else jockeying for parking on a busy holiday weekend. The home is perfect for two families and always so thoughtfully decorated and stocked. "We had 4 families in this property for my mom’s 75th birthday ages 4-75. There was something for everyone! The kitchen was well stocked. We had some questions upon arrival and the response was immediate. I can not say enough about this property. We would rent again in a heartbeat. Thank you for your hospitality."

"We loved our stay at The Ivy. With three bedrooms and three full bath, it was perfect for a girls trip. Everything about the house was comfortable and modern, from the beds, to living area, and kitchen/dining, Each room is very nicely decorated and loved that each bed had a warm duvet comforter on it. "Just WOW! The photos just don't do this house justice. We were completely blown away by the views, the amenities, the quality of all the finishings. Every bedroom is unique but so comfortable. "We stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday to visit with family. We loved the layout of the cabin. The beds were comfortable (it was a plus to have queen & king size beds). Plenty of hot water for six adults to get showers. It was so cozy! We played pool, built a fire, and enjoyed the hot tub. We would definitely stay here again. Suggestion - It would be nice if a crock pot was available to use. I had to borrow my niece's. "

"We loved the place! It wasn't the cleanest place we have ever stayed. Cobwebs were all over the place and the floor didn't look to be swept very well. There were a ton of lady bugs but that didn't bother us. It was overall a wonderful stay."
