I absolutely adored everything about it, the rooms are really large and renovated, it comes fully equipped with kitchen, utensils, and pots and pans, and the view never gets old. The rooms come with air conditioning as well. The hotel manager, Andrea, is very nice and sweet and super helpful. It is only a 10 minute walk to Monaco. This villa was so peaceful and cozy. "Property is a really nice old style flat, with a recently renovated kitchen. Its on the 5th floor of a 6 story building which has a secure elevator to access. Flat was clean when we arrived. It had a wrap around balcony with chairs and table for eating outside. I collected keys from My flat Nice's office located a 10 minute walk from property. "This booking was a disaster. The garage entry fob did not work. When we arrived to the unlocked room, the linens were hanging and drying at the front door and the patio. The electrical box in the apartment was opened, and a sharp metal strip wasdangling from the bedroom wall. We requested a room for four people and two beds. "The apartment was lovely. Good location near Nice port and about 25 min walk to Cours Saleya. The check in experience was extremely frustrating. Checking in is in Cours Saleya with a very short daytime window- the staff was really unhelpful and rude. The address on the booking site is also misleading. "
