"This proper B and B is absolutely perfect. First the location on a ridge gives stunning views overlooking the river valley and the hills/mountains beyond. Second the luxurious home - private guest suite with comfortable bed, huge bathroom, and a shared lounge in which breakfast was served. Third, the warm and gracious hosts ( and their two Australian shepherd dogs) who have the place perfectly fitted out for guests. And the breakfast was terrific. "We had a brilliant long weekend away with another family at Bonnie Dawn. It has direct lake frontage and great views onto and over Lake Eildon. For those that are into boating this house was perfect to operate from. We moored our boat off the bank and operated from the house all weekend.
