"Appartment very clean and well equipped the tv wasn't working properly and the water in shower was very hot and we couldn't turn temperature down location excellent for our needs reported shower and they dealt with . The only criticism was the outside and lobby area needed a good clean .Would definitely stay again"

"All the reviews say it’s bad, it’s really not bad at all it’s close to the centre. Not bad for a short stay, there was hot water and the only thing that’s ‘catfishy’ is the outside but it’s Blackpool no buildings are amazing. Overall a good stay, didn’t mind it one bit."

"The property was nice, in an older building with flats, this is on the ground floor. It was really clean, although it had a bit of a smoker's smell to it. I don't think it was because someone smoked in it, but maybe in an adjoining flat, like downstairs perhaps? It was really close to Pleasure Beach and other attractions - you'll walk there in about 5 mins. Also, within easy walk of the train station. I'd definitely recommend and stay here again. "

"Check-in was very simple, the property very clean and the host very helpful over the phone. We arrived late in the evening and it was so wonderful to arrive to the suite with the pullout bed made up already and a beautiful bottle of Prosecco and two glasses set out. "Property was quiet, warm and generally clean - good location so we could walk to a couple of restaurants. Would have felt safer if other clients remembered to close the inner front door, which was on a keypad lock!! A couple of minor things which I mentioned directly to the Mode people - but not a deal-breaker!"
