"The hotel didn't have any water, apparently because of a planned interruption of the service in the city; so we arrived past midnight and couldn't even wash our hands, but no one notified us of this and when we went downstairs to ask the reception person was asleep on the couch and we decided to let them sleep and ask in the morning. In the morning the water had come back, but it wouldn't reach the third floor, so we had to use a bucket to flush the toilet. I understand that this is something...
