"This property is all it's said to be. It's a Hostal/Hostel that serves the local population as well as travelers. The beds are comfortable and the common areas are good. This is a nice property and the staff there is very friendly, but some what reserved until you get to know them. The next time I travel to Bogota alone this will be the Hostel of choice for me.. "Local staff were very helpful and friendly. Free bike to borrow on Sunday to take part in the cicolovia. Nice, varied (though a little small in terms of portion size) breakfasts, and being able to eat on the rooftop patio was a bonus. There was a live DJ on Friday, which was cool. Beers were cheap. Cool design to the building. I was in a private single room and it met all of my needs for a good price. Great location - easy to walk places and taxis pass by right in front. "The walls are so thin I could hear the guy snoring next door. If a heavy vehicle went by, the walls shook. The room I booked was occupied and they give me a lower priced room but charged the same. Elevator didn’t go to my floor… ok enough. You get the idea."
