"We had an amazing stay in this lovely hotel. So quirky and full of character. Beds - amazing, best sleep ever. Walkable everywhere in Troyes old town, plenty of restaurants and cafes on your door step, grocery shop 5 min walk away. Lovely owners and housekeeping girls. Will definitely stay again as we are in this area often visiting my husband’s family. Definitely recommend!"

"The hotel has let itself go quite a bit, but apparently the rooms were done over and the price was right, so I thought I would gove a It a go. When I arrived, first impressions weren’t good. The outside hasn’t been done over yet, and it looks rough. However: service at the reception was excellent and indeed the rooms were like new. A comfortable bed, good cushions and quiet. "Ace hotels - you know what you’re getting. No fuss but good value. Great location for one night stopover. Aldi/shops two minute drive away. Very close to small airport so had some noise from small planes flying about. Clean hotel and room. Staff helpful. Had to retrieve extra towels etc from reception as bathroom was set up for one person, not three! Couldn’t get the air con to work, was set on heat. Fortunately in April it wasn’t too hot!"

Best Western Premier Hotel de la Poste & Spa

"The breakfast was phenomenal, many steps above the usual meh cheese, cold cuts, and mediocre pastries. I don't normally take breakfast because it is usually so underwhelming, but I misunderstood and thought it was included in my room. However, I was very happy to pay the nominal amount for the outstanding quality freshness and variety of everything they had to offer."

OK for overnight stop

"ok for a over night stop over. If you are at B Hotel, it's opposite the main hotel reception building, there isn't any WIFI . That was OK for us, but you have to go across the road to the other building for it. Otherwise, it was a good choice for an overnight stop on our journey. The shower was really good, nice bed and AC."

"Old building in the centre with enough space and parking right next to the building. Best breakfast we ever had in ** hotel ! Very nice common area and very helpful staff. This was our third stay in Troyes and by far the most enjoyable "

"The staff were amazing. I was stuck in Troyes with an issue with my car. They really looked after me including driving me to the train station when the car garage let me down. They looked after me incredibly well and I would highly recommend the hotel for its spa and food. "

Worst checkin experience ever

"Very bad. We arrived late at night and the code did not work! We struggled to checkin and wasted more than 30mins to try to connect with the hotel. Hotels.com tried to help and couldn’t get help as well. At the end, we could talk to some guy that kept speaking french. "
