The host was very helpful and kept in touch. Overall this is a very stylish house very cosy for a winter weekend away. I would totally recommend a visit."

"Extremely comfortable home with a great sense of history. I booked for four days to take my four adult children and my teenage grandson away to celebrate a birthday. We enjoyed some lovely walks and explored the castle and church. In the evenings we played board games in the cosy sitting room and the formal dining room made mealtimes special. We now have some very happy memories of our stay in Ludlow."

"The Stables is such a lovely place to stay. It's got lovely views over the countryside and it's so peaceful. The hot tub was great, there's a log burner (which we didn't need), it's very clean and you can tell the Stables has been converted to a high standard. The kitchen is well equipped, the wifi was excellent and its location is ideal for exploring Monmouthshire or the Forest of Dean. Highly recommend the Stables for any couple."

Amazing kitchen with plenty of dishes and all possibly needed to cook large meals. Three sitting rooms with fireplace and wood provided Games, books, puzzles, game room, outside badminton and soccer. "Arrived, had been given full parking details,this was easy, also key code and this too was easy ,thus an excellent start .Upon entering we immediately felt at home, the house was warm and clean, upon exploring we found a basket of treats, essentials and milk in the fridge all ready for a rest after travelling. "We booked the property as we were attending a family wedding in the area and we are so glad we did. The location of the cottage is lovely, with a grassed area at the front and paddocks behind. My son was completely in love with the horses, and also enjoyed regular visits from residents dog Bella and cat Archie!
