"We could not have asked for a better place to stay for a week. The location was perfect; away from the hustle and bustle of the city and perfectly located on the Northside to get us to all of our Island adventures easily. The beach, pool, amenities, and ease of access was exactly what we had hoped for. The house was comfortable, decorated thoughtfully, and had everything we needed and more! Would absolutely recommend Mahogany Point to anyone we know visiting the island and we are really thankful...

"The house is beautiful, location is great, and the view out the back is fabulous. The kitchen has enough dishes for an army (but not a lot of storage area for all the food). Only one bedroom has a dedicated attached bath. Two bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, two bedrooms upstairs both use a small stand alone bathroom. The small bathroom downstairs is very handy. The light switches are a mystery, and most aren’t labeled. Some of the switch locations are curious (one of the outside...

"We loved the house. It was right in the water. Beautiful breeze kept it comfortable. Pool was nice. My husband and I liked the quiet, less crowded atmosphere. We went to 7 mile beach which was wonderful but the area was busier. I liked that the house was close to Rum Point. Thank you for an awesome trip!"

"We had such a great family vacation. The location was just what we wanted- away from the resorts. The landscaping around the units was beautiful. Everything inside was just as expected and everything we needed. "

"The place was awesome and had such great views. We liked the location as well. It was stocked with needed items. We had three situations that could have been better but were handled well: 1) kayaks were included for the full time however they did not arrive until day 2 so we missed one day with them; 2) the back door did not lock but got fixed the next day; 3) the garbage bins outside were full so we had no where to put our garbage. Loved the place, would stay again."

"This house was a little gem. Fantastic layout and comfortable amenities. A relaxing oasis that is close to plenty of restaurants and stores. Walking to locations was possible but a little dicey crossing a double lane road that doesn't have crosswalks. We were able to walk to restaurants at night. Other than that we loved this house and all it had to offer. The PM was responsive as well. "

"We absolutely loved our week's stay at your beautiful Villa! We didnt want to leave. Inside the Villa is gorgeous! Outside is even more so! Beautiful landscaping, wonderful pool and oh my goodness the ocean view was beyond perfection. Spending time lounging on the patio we experienced peace and tranquility watching and listening to the waves. We had amazing weather to enjoy your place and some adventures....Stingray Island, 7 mile beach, Crystal Cave, Dolphin Cove, amazing restaurants! ...
