The friendly service when you entered the property was so needed especially since for a well needed vacation. Food options was good Loved the fitness facility! Used it twice a day. Will certainly make our way back to Palm Heights.

Absolutely wonderful experience for our first time in the Caymans. Every aspect of this hotel is a 5 star experience and the staff really take care of your every need. We also had a rental car and they took care of that with valet service free of charge. Amazing spa which we liked so much that we came back for massages twice. We will definitely be back and there is no other place that we would choose to stay while on Grand Cayman

If I could give this review 10 stars I would. My wife and I and another couple spent 5 days here. We didn’t know what to expect … what we experienced was like nothing we’ve experienced at other resorts. The attention to detail of our stay, the friendly staff through the resort, the fantastic food, the accommodations and the overall layout and look of the resort was fantastic. This is a must when traveling to Grand Cayman!!!

The most sensational hotel I’ve ever been to. Ambiance and location were incredible! Loved how close the hotel was to the beach. Everything was so easily accessible. Loved our stay at Palm Heights. Beautiful accommodations, beach area, and common areas. Staff were absolutely excellent. They were all friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the food/drinks are pricey and service and resort fees are high.
