"Our room faced out front on floor one, it could be quite noisy. Not consistent with what time room was cleaned everyday so some days we would come back about 3pm and room wasn’t cleaned. "

And on a positive note it’s right by the bridge to Gaia. Rooms were amazing and clean, staff was so so friendly and front desk was exceptionally accommodating.
