The inside courtyard area has a charm of its own. Our room was an internal room with no external air (windows opened into internal courtyard) and so we asked for a room with external windows which we could move to. Essential given the area was experiencing a heat wave! Breakfast excellent and plentiful. "

"Lovely old world charm in the Blue Mountains. Always like to begin with the positives. Decent size rooms with high ceilings and clean throughout. Location is an easy 5 minute walk from the railway station and the local bus stops in front of the hotel. The lounge and bar areas ooze charm and a continental breakfast is included. Many rooms are not air-conditioned and the window opens about 200mm. No ceiling fans so some people will be challenged with the summer heat.Some of the staff would...
