"Clean and new apartments. Excellent staff services. Free use of the trekking sticks and bikes in town. Free breakfast daily. However I Would not recommend for small children under age 4 family since our apartment has two beds on the loft with Hugh opening on the railings. This will be a dangerous layout for young children. "

"We stayed in a cabin and it was nice. We had some bugs and there were some issues with the breakfast, the milk was spoiled and there was a hair in the yogurt. But the staff was excellent and very helpful. "

"This was on the Main Street in El Chalten and walking distance from the bus station and the hotel has very comfortable rooms with great views . The breakfast is plentiful and has excellent food options but it the staff that make the stay here memorable. Tamara was incredible and so helpful and thoughtful during our stay as was Ana and Celeste . Francisco helped plan our hike to Fitz Roy and Gustavo went above and beyond to assist us . It is walking distance to all the restaurants and the trail heads at Parque Nacional Los Glacieres and I highly recommend staying at this hotel "

"We spent 9 nights at this property, truly our home away from home. This historical estancia has been operated by the same family for 120 years. The owners are welcoming and will make sure to share tips about hikes and other things to do. A couple of hikes can be done right from the estancia. While it is more convenient to have a vehicle, it is possible to walk to town and enjoy great vistas at the same time. Alfredo speaks good English and so does Abril, their charming front desk clerk and restaurant hostess. The restaurant has a limited menu, but the food is excellent. The cold breakfast has a wide variety, including home made cookies and calafate berries on occasions. Rooms do not have wifi, but there is connection in the common areas with comfortable chairs and couches. Daily house keeping is done. There is also an entertaining greeting committee made up of a couple of horses, cows and calves who constantly roam the property to keep that lawn short. This place is like a green oasis in comparison to windy-dusty El Chaltén. We drank tap water the whole time and no issue. "

"We stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed it very much! Wonderful staff and ambience! Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. We had a tour that missed picking us up and they called them and made alternate arrangements. Rooms were good size and very clean. Would stay here again!"
