"The best part of the stay was the staff during check in and check out. Both women (sorry I did not get their names) were so lovely and helpful, truly a joy to interact with!! Our room was fine with the exception of the heating/cooling system which ran very loudly off and on all night long! The receptionist at the desk at check out said she would have it fixed for the next guest (and refunded our parking fee as a courtesy). Again, an appreciated gesture! "

"Hotel was was very comfortable and clean! Nice breakfast. My only criticism would be to ask the management to re-think the parking charge. The two large, on-site parking lots were only about one-third full when I stayed, so having to pay $7 per night for parking seemed like a money grab."
