"The staff was very friendly. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and had everything I'd like in a room when staying for more than a couple nights. Plenty of space to work and charge devices. Good wifi (free). The bed was comfy, as was the furniture in the room. Plenty of hot water too. The building is an older building, but the room itself didn't feel old. I would stay here again when I return to Blue Ash. "
