"This is a beautiful property which is a perfect base to explore beaches and areas around padstow. The accommodation was very clean and contained everything needed for our stay. Beautiful views and outdoor area. Lovely touches such as milk in the fridge and tasty biscuits on arrival. "Our family love staying in Porthtowan with it's amazing beach, great surf and friendly atmosphere. We've stayed in Towan Valley a number of times and this property is ideal for us. Short walk to the beach, clean, well equipped and with plenty of space for us and our two teenage boys."

"The property is advertised as towels and linen included, there werenā€™t any towels! Not the best caravan weā€™ve stayed in, classed as luxury, there were also only 2 chairs to sit outside! Wouldnā€™t stay there again for that price! "

"While the outside scenery of the property was beautiful the host was not helpful at all. In addition, I was asked to pay a security deposit amount prior to my visit, which I happily paid. But she kept it unfairly because she said she found a stain in the duvet! I am not sure what stain requires Ā£50 to be washed. Even a new duvet cover doesnā€™t require Ā£50! "Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....
