"My partner and I stayed here for a long weekend and had a very nice time. It’s a bit farther back in the woods than I expected, but it gave us a lot of privacy which was appreciated! It was nice and cozy and I loved being able to sit by the electric fireplace and play games. Daryl gave great directions to the cabin and was very communicative and helpful! "

Could not make ice cubes and ice cream melted inside freezer.This was a minor inconvenience for a 2 day stay, but it would it had been a 7-day vacation, it would have been a bigger issue. "The house is wonderful and spacious, but I found the heating machines a bit noisy, as was the toilet flushing downstairs. And as for the cleanliness, apart from the spider webs everywhere, everything was very clean. The kitchen had two coffee machines, one regular and one Keurig, which was great for us. Now the view from the house is splendid. The best part ever! Be careful with the driveway if you go there in the winter, our car didn't make it out of there because it wasn't a 4x4, we had to ask...

"The owners were very understanding and attentive as I cleared up a payment issue prior to arriving. The cabin was very clean and decorated nicely. It was perfect for 4 people, with large bedrooms and a good size kitchen. The surrounding area was tranquil and relaxing. The only thing that would make it better is a deck to the side to sit on and take in the beautiful scenery We plan on booking again in the near future. . "

"My husband and two kids (2 and under) stayed 3 nights. We drove 4.5 hours away from the city to stay here but being on the main road it felt and sounded like we never left the city. It doesn’t get very quiet at night. It wasn’t very cozy outside to have a fire with the main road there and staring at the cabins all near by. There isn’t much ground to walk around if you want to stay at the cabin. Unfortunately for us, the Grand Canyon main viewing point was closed and will be until September so we...

"What can I say? Great Valley Cabin 2 was fabulous! The cabin was very clean and we were supplied with everything we needed. Beds were VERY comfortable too. Location! Right by Ole Covered Wagons and the entrance to Colton Point State Park and the pine creek rail trail. Close to Leonard Harrison State Park. Beautiful scenery everywhere one looked. Look no further and don’t hesitate to book here. We’ll certainly be back. Thank you GVC. :-) "
