"Wonderful apartment with plenty of space for 3 of us on a work-related trip to Oak Park. Comfortable over a range of temperatures, nice kitchen facilities, excellent laundry, spotlessly clean. Quiet with the windows closed, beautiful deck in the back we used the first (warm) day we were there. Nice one parking space on premise. Only minor issues were top (third) floor location/walk up when toting groceries and TV was a bit difficult to use. Would love to stay there again!"

"The owner of the property would answer my questions immediately. He was kind and explained everything. When we arrived the rooms were warm and lights were on. They had a book inside explaining everything as well. It was just a sweet small place we needed to visit our daughter for a short weekend. It was safe and quiet. I highly recommend staying here."

"This was the second time we stayed in the garden apt. Jeds place is right around the block from our Chicago Family. Apt is we well located for shops/restaurants. We noticed the updates. Looking good. Everything you need is there. Comfortable/homey/clean. "

"We came into town to celebrate our cousins expecting a baby and stayed at this property. It is a great space for a small group and we enjoyed being able to all sit together in the living room area and around the large dining room table. The bedrooms and layout worked well for our group, too. There were a few issues we brought to the attention of the property manager, and they seemed eager to address for future guests. Overall, this was a good experience and we had a great family weekend...

"The area is very safe and quiet. Parking was super easy. We parked right in front of the house every time. The host was very attentive to our needs. We are a family of 5 and a dog. We felt like we had enough space for all of us. It also was very helpful to have free laundry. Our stay was excellent and I would definitely stay here again."
