"We had to provide own toilet paper , Paper Towels , Towels , Wash cloths and pay for linen.There was no internet nor a hot tub on site.The area did not have snow this year so the town closed down around 630.It was a great location and perfect for a family of 3 no more than that"

"We received a really warm welcome and introduction to property. Everything exceeded our expectations including the location. "A nice apartment, comfortable and well equipped. Very warm! Sometimes a little too much. Excellent location for the Gabelou ski lift and a short walk into town. Unfortunate drain smell in the bathroom but otherwise problem free."

"Jean-Marie was an excellent host, how was extremely accommodating, and helpful during our stay. The house itself was amazing, with the most beautiful view of lake Geneva and the town of Montreaux. Everything about this trip was amazing and my family and i had an excellent time."

"The positives first. The house was warm and offered enough space for 10 of us to sleep. We arrived at the holiday home and the stairs were frozen with ice without road salt. The floors and bathrooms in the house had been cleaned. In the kitchen the oven, toaster and microwave were not clean and neither were some of the cooking utensils. Not even the dining table was wiped down. The kettle hadn't been descaled for a long time. There were dead flies on the windowsill and old pieces of paper and...

"What a gem! We had a lovely 2-night stay at Alparthotel surrounding one day of skiing at Champery. The hotel is lovely, quiet, and clean. It is an easy walk from the Chemin de Verger bus stop. We did not have a car and were able to walk to a Coop nearby (grocery store and restaurant). The rooms were comfortable and modern. Would definitely recommend!"
