Check in was an unpleasant experience. No staff ever checked on me throughout my stay or explained any meal options or services. Dirty cups were not even removed from my room for two days. The staff seemed fully focused on their conference guests and completely ignored me as a guest. "

"The owner is a scam artist who uses online booking sites such as this to steal money from clients. He is also aggressive, rude and unprofessional. After reading my check-in review of his property he became aggressive and told us to leave the bnb despite having paid until 9. He admitted to having double charged us and attacked us in front of my small children ( 1 and 7 years old). The property is run down, outdated and dirty. I recommend people to stay away from this fraudster. Disgraceful....

"I booked a family unit with one double bed and two singles only go get there to one bed. The lady we called said we will have to pay extra for every person who will be sleeping in their unit. We had to fight for one more person and ended up looking for another guest house for the other two people yet we paid for the family unit."
