"This was our 2nd stay in the property (albeit 16 years between visits) and it didn’t disappoint. The property is spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The views are amazing, and the sight of the hot air balloons rising through the mist in the mornings is spectacular. The local village is very quiet but it is only a few minutes drive to Beynac-et-Cazenac and into the Dordogne valley with all its sights and attractions. "A fabulous little property which is perfect for a couple. The location is private from the house and very well equipped, the salt water pool is lovely. Access to the bedroom and bathroom is via a spiral staircase - so not suitable for anyone with mobility problems. The agents were very helpful and the information comprehensive. A real gem."

"We were a party of 5 young at heart seniors who enjoyed every minute. The accommodation was of a high standard and a lot of thought went into the detail to make our stay 5*. The beds were very comfortable and the ensuites immaculate. The weather at the time was hot and we made use of the lovely pool and aircon. "We had a terrific stay at Patrice and Armelle's Gite. The hosts have large hearts and gave us a whole basket full of excellent local nuts. We were welcomed very warmly and kindly although we arrived late and Armelle helped us with all that we needed, including the rental and application of bedsheets. "Characterful farmhouse in beautiful countryside .Far enough away from neighbours that you can let your hair down but can also enjoy the complete peace and quiet too.Beautiful Belvès and Cadouin a shortish drive away ensured restaurants when you fancies. The local night markets are not too be missed. During the heat wave the pool was essential and any issues with it were quickly resolved. There are low beams throughout the property with thoughtfully hung pom-poms to bring your attention to them....

"What a magnificent home this is! Truly beautiful with amazing vistas and beautiful grounds- contemporary architecture at it’s best. We were a family of 7 with plenty of space to share or be on your own. A beautiful space to wake up and starry your day! Everything we needed including a pool to have fun in.
