"This property has so much potential and I really hope the owners are able to make it everything it could be. Unfortunately at the moment there's a lot of room for improvement and the price didn't reflect that. The cleanliness level was not brilliant and the space was extremely cold. You are provided with a small gas heater, however it simply isn't capable of heating the space on a cold night. The bedding is summer weight, and there is no insulation, so the cold really bites. "A long weekend with friends in a beautiful lodge. The property was beautifully kept and a perfect size to entertain a little one on the rainy days. Charlie’s communication was always very prompt and super helpful "

"Great secure location for dogs, Peaceful in the evenings. Took two Huskies who like to be the leaders of other dogs and they got on well with their dogs too. Ragland Castle is worth a visit. Chepstow castle was a bit disappointing, rude reception women and half of it was closed for repairs with no mention by the reception women."

"Wonderful property, very well equipped, had a lovely stay with the family . Good communication with the host . Beautiful area . Only downside poor wi-fi connection and tv did not work,but didn't spoil our weekend. The Pandy inn is highly recommended. "

"Great little place to stay, lots of character & charm situated on the side of a quiet valley. Although didn’t spend too much time there during the day as fishing the Wye was our reason for being there. Sadly the fish weren’t as welcoming as the accommodation."

" The staff were genuinely friendly, and keen to help with any request in a warm and intelligent way, however busy they were. The bar had good chairs for relaxing in with a book and a drink, and there was another room to sit in too. The bedroom was clean and the bed comfortable. A really excellent breakfast, with lovely croissants, or the full English, with vegetarian option. I hope I manage to stay here again!"
