"We only stayed here because Avanti West Coast had cancelled our train back to Liverpool... I stayed here before, but this time was still exceptional. They don't cut corners or forget about you, Security was 24h on the door, at least 4 check in staff working at once at 11pm. The room was modern, and comfy with a sofa. However the bed was hard but still had a good sleep"

"New build in Canary Wharf. Handy for shops and good transport links. Wished there was parking at the hotel, but it wasn’t too far away. Staff very warm and helpful. The only thing that could have been abit better was TV reception in the room really but we were hardly on the room. "
