"The propert had none of the listed amenities available. No pool and no game zone and no private beach access. AC of the room was so noisy that could not sleep at night. Best part was no one was available at reception at check out time. Waste of money. "

"I was surprised by the size of the room and bathroom. Super clean. Great location near to everything you need. Amazing spa although they need more staff. There was renovation working from 3 to 6 PM which made alot of noise, i guess that won’t be the case in near future anymore. Overall I recommend the hotel to friends."

"The towels were dirty, the door couldn't be locked and someone walked into our room in the middle of the night. The staff was rude and not helpful at all, the breakfast was horrible (the food was bad and the glasses were dirty). Overall we had a terrible experience!"
