Their warm hospitality truly enhanced my experience. The location of Hotel Soft is simply fantastic. Being right next to the Old Town and New Town (almost half way between the 2) and just a few minutes away from the beach made exploring the area incredibly convenient. I was able to easily walk to all the major attractions, restaurants, and shops. This prime location was a huge plus and made my trip even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Soft to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the Old Town. You can live almost like the locals. The combination of sparkling cleanliness, a kind and helpful staff, and a superb location makes it an excellent choice. "

"We chose Old Town Batumi Hotel based on a blogger’s recommendation, and it was the perfect choice for our first visit to the city. We stayed in the Junior Suite, which was so spacious, with a modern bathroom with a brand-new shower and very comfortable beds. But the true gem of our stay was the lentil soup served at breakfast! Irina puts so much love into making it, and she even made the thoughtful gesture of coming in early to serve it for us before our departure. A huge thank you to: 🙏 Saba, who checked us in late on the 15th and welcomed us warmly at breakfast the following day. 🙏 The cheerful gentleman we saw at breakfast on Sunday the 16th. 🙏George, who was incredibly thoughtful and made sure we were well taken care of. 🙏 And of course, Irina, for her warmth, kindness, and her unforgettable cream soup—truly one of a kind! "The room is only cleaned every two days, we only received one bath towel and one hand towel and that's even though we were 2 guests in the room and we had to go to reception and get another set, as soon as they came in to clean the room they didn't change towels but took the dirty ones and hung them up as if they were new Apart from that, the room is very spacious, excellent location, very varied breakfast, courteous service at the reception, overall very good hotel. Highly recommended "
