"We loved how there wew several pools at this resort. We tried several times to use hot tub but others were just hanging out in on phones so we finally gave up...not sure how that can be fixed?? Maybe no person under 21?? The resort overall was a 10 and pkan to return!"

"The Swan is a nice property with a great location. The transportation options with the boat service and walking distance to the skyliner are top notch. The rooms are recently renovated, but the bathroom design is not good. I wish they would have changed the bathroom doors to be pocket doors which would better allow you to use the shower and toilet. There are also no drawers in the bathroom area but are nice drawers for clothes in the room portion. I think it is a great location for a few nights...

"Almost perfect! If you want a place walkable to Disney springs, this is great! Clean and safe too. We had minor problem with the parking card which would not let us in or out; had to call the intercom. Others had no issue. Would definitely stay here again. And Starbucks in lobby is a huge plus."

"This hotel was perfect!!! Excellent location! The only minor inconvenience I didn’t like was that next our room there was a family staying with children and one of the kids would wake us up every morning screaming and crying at 7am on the dot! Lol it didn’t bother me too much we were also traveling with our kids but other than that this hotel met our expectations we will definitely stay here again"

"I really enjoyed staying at this property. The only thing I have a hard time with is that we weren’t given specific instructions on how to get to the Disneyworld parks. But once we figured it out, it was a nice place to stay. We would definitely stay here again."

"We had a great experience at this property! Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. We were only there for one day but the stay was memorable. I want to give a big shout out to the staff working at the Shades bar by the pool, specifically Ashely, who is a great asset to your team! She is hardworking person with a great personality! "

"A wonderful place to stay, we stayed there for two nights and honestly would stay again. We were not asked about joining a time share at all. There was so much to do here and every thing was well maintained. The food on the property was amazing, a little expensive but for the convenience of it, it was well worth it. Traffic outside of the property was horrendous but that's Orlando. "

"Our stay was great from the minute they checked us in everyone was friendly, the breakfast was the best I’ve ever had for free in a hotel and the room was awesome The only bad experience and wasn’t even to much was the bartender the man who worked in free night he seemed to hate his job and it showed That is the only thing in 4 days luckily we didn’t use bar but once I’d stay here again in a heartbeat "

Universal's Endless Summer Resort - Dockside Inn and Suites

"A very clean and efficient resort. The pool vibe is great-relaxed and family friendly. The shuttle service is a real quick operation and it’s amazing how quickly they get to Universal and back. We spent a week and went three of the days to the parks and to CityWalk in between for dinners. FYI, the annual passes to Universal/Islands of Adventure are the best value if you are going more than three days. Definitely make dinner reservations a day or two before if you want to eat in CityWalk. That said, Hard Rock only had 30-45 minute wait times if you show up at 6:30 looking for grub."

"We needed 1st floor access for our daughter due to a debilitating injury and the staff was very accommodating. We ended up in a better unit (2 doubles vs 2 twins in 2nd bedroom) and a much nicer location. The king size primary bed was nice. Living Dining furniture was dated but okay for our needs. "
