"This is a house where the owner rents a few of her rooms. The bathroom is shared. This wasn’t exactly clear to me. My room had a fridge but no microwave. The owner let me use the microwave in her kitchen. Also, I was able to make coffee in the morning in her kitchen.Anyway, it’s a nice house and the owner is very pleasant and friendly."

The house has everything we need and in a great location.The host made it extra nice with the Christmas decorations placed throughout and house. And thanks for the box of chocolates. "We stayed here for a couple of months while getting treatment at nearby Mayo Clinic (20 min.). It was a perfect location; rural, yet close to everything. By choice, the community has dirt roads, which meant low/slow traffic.... Perfect for daily walks among the eclectic homes and horse stables. Shared an apple every evening with the horse across the lane. The Casita had everything we needed....or else it was quickly provided upon request. Owner/Manager was super responsive to anything needing...

"This house was perfect for our needs. Very clean, kitchen well stocked with cooking essentials, and a quiet neighborhood. I saw at least one review mention difficulty getting the hot tub to work. There were clear directions provided (requires pressing 3 or 4 buttons) and experienced no issues during our visit (we used the hot tub virtually every day). Overall, we would recommend."
