"We needed a location in northern Phoenix and this was perfect…in a nice quiet neighborhood but close to stores and restaurants. I loved sitting on the porches (one on each side for sun or shade!) each morning and drinking water with lemons straight from the lemon tree!We also rented the atvs for an hour and that was perfect! Nice easy trails minutes away! Randy guided us there and then we went off on our own. We utilized the 2 person hot tub as well! Pool was great, beautiful yard…we used it one...

"Our contact Sharesh was responsive and flexible. We got in early and wanted to drop our bags early and he made arrangements for us to do so. We also stayed with our dog and there are some awesome walking trails behind the property that we utilized daily and a cute patio yard. The place was exactly as expected. The pool was awesome too! Overall great spot in north phoenix "

"Disappointed in the cleanliness. The floors had not been cleaned for awhile and the rug was very dirty. There was no vacum or floor mop. There were no dish towels or cleaning rags. Noisy location. We had to puchase extra cutlery(only 2 forks) and plate. Probably Ok for a short stay. "

"The Cibola Vista Resort & Spa is a lovely property and a good place to consider staying. We arrived after 10 p.m. Check-in was fine but the office area is not well lite and we drove right past it. The Resort is less than 30 minutes from Peoria Sports Complex where we watched two spring baseball games. We were just less than an hour away from Taliesin West and enjoyed our visit there. We chose to walk each day in the Peoria Sunrise Mountain Preserve.Our VRBO reservation request was for 4 nights....
