The dining room always has snacks, and water, along with the living room areas. The service was impeccable. "The hostess at this hotel was the best! She was so helpful and kind. The room was quaint and had a wood ceiling and wood beam, which gave it lots of character. We had a private bathroom that was down 5 steps which was a little tricky to use. It was an older bathroom and had a few small issues. The hotel was about 5-10 minute walk from the train station which made it really convenient for dropping off our luggage before exploring Florence. Our hostess provided a delicious breakfast for us."

"I loved the location of this property. The host was helpful and always responded back to me quickly in WhatsApp. The only negative is that the room is on the 2nd floor and the window faces what I believe is a dumpster area. This makes for very loud mornings when trash is being collected. Bring ear plugs. The tickets for breakfast for the cutest little shop around the corner. Very nice!"
