"I have tried to contact you several times...the host informed me that they asked you to remove their property from your site several times...this was after i booked it...i then had to book thru a different site,so basically paid twice...i would like a full refund from yourselves...its completely unacceptable that you cant be contacted about this... absolutely disgusted with your site and service and i would recommend that nobody uses your site for any trips!!!"

"The lodge and location was outstanding. Situated on Heron Lakes looking across one of the 6 lakes on site with stunning views. Great location to get to the coast and plenty to do on site with walked, bike trails and of course fishing! Great short break away and will be staying here again. "The lodge was lovely the only three things we didn’t like about it was having to light the log burner to have a go in hot tub.There was no door between the bedroom and bathroom so no privacy when on toilet and there was a door into the bedroom from outside that had to have curtains shut otherwise people go past could see you on the toilet And it would have been nice to have a couch in instead of two separate armchairs.It was lovely and clean had a nice view and very quiet."

"This property is exactly as described, it is large and spacious and really nicely furnished. The large outdoor space and pond are really nice views and give a real sense of privacy. We took 2 large dogs as well as 4 adults and 4 kids and we had more than enough room. It is a great property in a good location and we had a really enjoyable stay"
