"Personnel acceuillant mais parlant peu anglais. Seule la demoiselle lors de notre depart nous a compris. Lors de notre premier matin, nous avons pris notre douche a l'eau froide. Déjeuner correct. Personne n'a pu nous aider pour connecter notre nouvelle carte SIM."

Upon our arrival the receptionist said he had no reservation for us and made no effort to resolve the issue in spite of the fact that we were the only ones present. "The Prado was very good The only thing that I did not like about it was the neighborhood it was in it seems to be in a lot for some sort of construction place I don't know exactly what that was but anyway the hotel was clean the staff was friendly the breakfast was okay I have had better but it wasn't bad overall it was pretty good neighborhood was the only thing that I didn't care for"

"The pictures on the website are misleading. The hotel rooms look nothing like the pictures. The towels were very dingy looking and very old. The bedding looked like it had been washed by putting it in a sink. The shower had grime in the corners and where you had to stand. there was no shower curtain so when you showered the bathroom floor would be a giant puddle when you were done. I pulled the blankets back the first night i was there and the top sheet had stains on it. I had to remove it from...
