"Beautiful house next to a beach and small harbour. Stunning views. The house itself was fabulous with a great living area , superbly appointed kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. There was also a lovely verandas, but sadly not the weather to benefit from it! Very quiet area with lovely trails and beaches. A few small local amenities were open, the co-op at Neil’s Harbour was great and lovely coffee and ice cream at the groovy goat farm."

"Great little cabins with comfy bed, refrigerator, microwave, dining table for two, sofa etc. dishes and cutlery for 2. Stayed in a renovated “sunset cabin” which had a great view across the water from inside and deck with an bbq. Effective heat pump wall unit and baseboard heaters..very important in May lol. Unless the restaurant is open, dining options are 6 km into town so we brought microwaveable dinners which was perfect. Defintiely recommended. "

"We loved warming up by the wood fire after our days skiing at Cape Smokey. The view of the ocean was lovely. It was nice to have the kitchen for cooking our own evening meals. Wifi worked well. "

"We were met as soon as drove in. Due to the weather. They had the lights on for us. The property is dated but clean ."

"We stayed for only one night, which was far too short, but our stay was magical. The Yellow Birch pod was a perfect place to rest our weary bones for the night. We were surprised at how roomy the pod was and how absolutely comfortable the beds were. A very quick walk to Salty Rose's capped off the Ingonish chapter in our Maritime Province vacation. We would absolutely stay here again! "
