"We've stayed here before as a group, and it once again was an amazing place to stay, with a good vibe. We were allowed to check in early as our room was ready, which was super helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, our stay was quiet, and the breakfast has so many options. Also, they do the most delicious bacon I've ever had. It's a good location within walking distance of the east side of Excel. Would definitely recommend to everyone!"

"Stopped here a few times and for an airport hotel, it's one of the better ones. The staff are super friendly and it offers great value for money. The rooms are a little on the cosy side but are well equipped and modern. My only gripe, and this is a personal preference, is that the mattress is too hard and the pillows are not great. One pillow is too low and two pillows is too high. Woke up with a stiff neck and a headache from the pillows. This was sorted out by a lovely hot shower in the modern bathroom. The Rituals toiletries and Dressing Gowns are a nice touch. This is a great hotel with a superb buffet breakfast and I can highly recommend it."
