We were fortunate to get 6inches of beautiful snow while we were there, and enjoyed tremendously watching it blanket the trees around us Eileen was very helpful and ensured we had snow shovels and salt! It was immaculately clean, very comfortable, and had everything we needed to prepare dishes for our Christmas celebration. It was a special surprise to walk in and have the house already decorated for Christmas, including a Christmas tree. The location is a little remote but beautiful and was perfect for us."

"This property was larger than expected, and super clean. It was by far the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. The beds are comfortable. The living room and dining room area are very spacious. The location is perfect. We walked pretty much everywhere, except for our tour of the battlefields. There are lots of shops and great dining options all within walking distance. "We had a wonderful stay at the Getty House . The house was clean and nice . Nice to have parking in the back . We seldom used the car as we were within walking distance of tours , restaurant , shopping ( including a nice grocery ) just down the street . The host were in touch to see how things were going and immediately replied to emails . Would definaltely reccomend a stay there for anyone !"

"We stayed here while in town for a wedding. We had 13 adults and one child. This is such a neat old house with so many cool features. We had a fun time exploring the house and admiring the unique features like the Jefferson doors to the porches, the old coal dump, and all the super cool antiques in the home.
