"No information about late check ins. No information about check outs. Room was not what was sold in the pictures. Eventually Got the room we paid for but only for the last two nights of trip. Toilet was broken on arrival so I fixed it myself as I couldn’t contact anyone. Horrible smell in bathrooms. Showers were disgusting and such low pressure. "Property is large enough for a pleasant vacation ,we travelled as a couple property was for 4/5 which would mean using lounge as a bedroom so may be a problem with a family. Swimming pool was clean and safe . The only problem was mosquitoes we were unable to use the outside seating area with sadly all methods tried to minimise effect . "Absolutely adored the quietness of the area, even if the hotel was full, the pool area was quiet. Likes the option to have meals on the patio. The lakes offer many options plus have great beaches that do not get overcrowded. Great staff also at the hotel. Very friendly and caring. "

"Das Haus für eigentlich 8 Personen war für uns mit 4 Personen sehr geräumig. Der eigene Pool am Haus war super. Sehr gut hat uns der große Kühlschrank mit Eisbereiter gefallen. Die Küche war mit den Geräten gut ausgestattet. Jedoch muss alles an Putzmittel (Lappen, Bürste, Spülmittel, Geschirrtücher und Spültabs) mitgebracht werden und der Geschirrspüler war recht klein. Insgesamt ist das Mobiliar auch schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Geschirr müsste mal ausgetauscht werden. Die Sauberkeit...
