"A beautiful, new hotel. Very clean and comfortable and within walking distance of the airport, so a great location. A wonderful, spacious room and well designed bathroom, extremely comfortable bed. We did have to wait a while to check-in but the person who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The staff in the restaurant were less friendly/attentive but the food was very good. "

"A 2 minute tram ride from the airport, but you could walk it if you had to. The hotel has a restaurant, as there aren’t any nearby dining options, and the food is very good. This place is clean and comfortable and very convenient."

"Charming hotel in a central, convenient location. Beautifully appointed room overlooking a quiet side street. Close to cafes and shops. Tram stop close by. Easy to get to the hotel by tram from the airport. Delightful neighborhood. Staff were friendly and checking in was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again."

"Great hotel in a really convenient location for Bordeaux centre. Not the prettiest area but really quick to walk in to the city centre end easy access from the airport by tram. Staff are super friendly, really nice lobby and bar area and adequate sized rooms. This is our second time staying here and will definitely be returning!!"

"The staffs here are friendly & helpful, especially when I need help going certain places and restaurants. The only imperfection is the shower part. The water splashed on the floor because the glass only covered halfway. But overall, I highly recommended this hotel! "
