"Property is large enough for a pleasant vacation ,we travelled as a couple property was for 4/5 which would mean using lounge as a bedroom so may be a problem with a family. Swimming pool was clean and safe . The only problem was mosquitoes we were unable to use the outside seating area with sadly all methods tried to minimise effect . Overall a relatively inexpensive property but as previously mentioned by other visitors there are a number of charges on arrival for bedding ,towels ,cleaning if...

"Absolutely adored the quietness of the area, even if the hotel was full, the pool area was quiet. Likes the option to have meals on the patio. The lakes offer many options plus have great beaches that do not get overcrowded. Great staff also at the hotel. Very friendly and caring. "

"Second time at Les Cottages du Lac. The cottages are great and well equipped, so quiet and nice private garden to have outdoor dining, you can rent a bbq hot plate. The lake beach is a few mins walk with local playground and lots of water sports but the lake was polluted this week so we couldn’t swim in it. Nearest swimming lake nearby is 25mins at Sanguenet - beautiful! The food at the restaurant is very good but we found this year they are not as flexible as they used to be at dinner time....

"Honteux! Appartement très sale et en état déplorable. Ménage non-réalisé avant notre arrivée (sols, vitres, miroirs, placards...) : traces de nourriture, de doigts, de gras..., café résiduel dans la cafetière, cheveux partout, chasses d'eau des deux WC non-tirées, filtre du lave-vaisselle encrassé, baignoire bouchée, intérieur des placards sale et malodorant.... Le personnel de ménage n'étant plus sur place, nous n'avons eu d'autre choix que de faire un grand ménage pendant plus de 2H30 à 4...
