We arrived a bit early (3:40 - didn’t expect to get in early though) and the lady at the front desk said she would call housekeeping and make our room a priority since we already arrived, and would give us a call when our room was ready. Check-in time (4:00) passed and no call, so we went back up to check. We ended up waiting with a few other people who had to wait past check-in time for their rooms to be ready."
