"Very cozy place and very clean, located inside a nice, secure condominium complex in an area that could be described as undergoing gentrification. Check-in process was a bit confusing, but communication with owner great. Unit was furnished with a washer & dryer, and all necessary utensils to cook meals, although Wifi was extremely slow. Place does not have a dedicated parking spot, but a pay lot and free street parking (weekends only) were available about a block from the condo. Very eclectic...

"The property is on the fourth floor at Bishop Place, by the waterfront. It is a 2-bedroom condo converted into a studio apartment. It has a large terrace and all the required amenities. We hosted a wine-and-cheese party for 6 without a problem. So, if you are at a convention and want to invite a few friends for the evening, this place is absolutely fantastic. And all this for the price of a hotel room."
