"This was our first time in Paris and it was a treat to stay at Jacques’ apartment! The location is perfect - so close to the Metro and great cafes/restaurants. It was also a bonus to have the Monoprix just down the block. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. We couldn’t figure out how to work the TV but the wifi worked great (although the signal was a bit weak in the bedrooms). It would have been nice to have a few more towels since we were there for 1 week but otherwise...

"Apartment was in good location. Close to everything. One problem was bathroom/toilet door kept locking people in. Also, 10:00 am is a bit early for check-out. Usually 11:00 a.m. is the standard check-out time. "

"Great little place with more space than most Parisian VRBO. We used it as a 1 bedroom though there is a second small room with elevated bed. All appliances and bathroom/kitchen are modern and well functioning. The bakery and express market store, both across the street, were very convenient. Metro stop around the corner and several cafe/restaurants nearby. We did NOT want to be in the tourist areas but rather live like a French couple for 8 days. "Our check-in process was smooth & the owner was very communicative and efficient. The apartment is as described online. There were 2 issues upon arrival, one that the owner shared ahead of our check in and he was able to address them the very next day. The only downside was some street noise on our first night as there are businesses located on the same street and the first night, there was a truck loading & unloading. "

"We were a group of six adults in Paris for a week and the apartment was ideal for the set up. It provided privacy if needed, but also common areas that everyone could gather. The location, which we were just guessing, if we would like it or not, ended up being central to everything we wanted to do and could easily walk or take the subway wherever we needed to go. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the future. "

"From check-in to check-out we had a lovely experience and stay. When Nadia greeted us she knew we were there for the Olympics and handed us an Olympic tote bag (very thoughtful!), had a bottle of wine for us, and showed us around the flat. It was just as described and had all of the amenities including air conditioning, washer/dryer, dishwasher, etc. to make our stay enjoyable. "The apartment is clean and cosy, just a few meters from the most famous shopping street of Paris. A metro station is also nearby, but a walk to the Eiffel Tower is no more than 20-25 minutes. Communication with the manager is excellent, they will help with everything. "
