"We booked 2 double bed one bedroom apartment. But when we arrived, there is only one double bed and a single bed. We checked with reception, the staff said all rooms available were set up as 1 double bed and 1 single bed. The staff gave us bed sheet and blanket. Asked us to set up our second single bed from the sofa bed on our own. And promise someone will come to set up properly in the next day. But it wasn’t come until the 4th day of our stay. "Very hot in the room. The air-conditioning turned to 16°C with snow symbol but the room was very hot 🔥 just like 30°C. Finally we opened few windows to cool down the room. Otherwise we couldn't sleep."
